What are the best social networks to market on?

I'm looking for the sites with the best results, I know facebook and twitter are good ones but what are some others?

There are a lot of useful social networs, like Google+, Pinterest (this one is great), Tumblr and so on. I'm sure there are some more social networks, less-popular which can be exploited, if I can say so.

I think Pinterest is going to be a better alternative, but you really need to understand how it works so as to utilize the features that it places on you.

With the 2 billion users of Facebook, that is definitely the largest pasture in terms of marketing. My suggestion is to create a Facebook Page where you can post all the details of your business or interest. But first, you need to have a dynamic account with a good number of friends. Dynamic means you have a good exposure that most of your friends know you. If you have a stagnant account then revitalize it first before embarking on your marketing so that your friends will not tag your post as spamming.

I will say Facebook is the best site amongst the other social media that's very good with marketing considering the number of users that are on the platform, Twitter is trying in its own little way but another good platform is Instagram,this place is like a marketplace now and all sort of people can be found there,just use it rightly.Get a good amount of followers and market your products to them.
