My one service service not open show 404 page not found error

Hello everyone! I don't known what happen in my account . .
One of my service gig suddenly disappear in "My Services" tab and when i open it then it show 404 page not found error.

I cant understand what happen with my account? if anyone hakked my account and someome deleted my gig? Please share your experence and your feedback.

Does this happen if you try it one more time? - Do you still get that 404 page if you try to see your listings?

Was your service breaking the TOS of SeoClerks and it was finally found so it got deleted?

I know that recently there were a bunch of emails sent out to service providers who has services revolving around anything to do with facebook, and they should have altered them or taken them down. If you had something like that, it was most likely deleted because you didn't edit the service or remove it yourself.

The best way to resolve this would to be to contact a support team member on the support page by submitting a ticket here: https://ionicware.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new

They're usually pretty quick at responding and they will be the ones who can tell you exactly why it was removed.

Hi kaiser6643, I believe that Andre has hit the nail on the head for you and said all that needs to be said to get you on the right track! I doubt that your account was hacked and service deleted by a hacker. What you can do is visit your Devices tab and see if there are any unknown, unrecognized devices in that list. If you do not recognize a device below, delete the session and change your password immediately. Also you can further increase the security of your account by verifying your physical address and setting a secondary password. That will need to be provided any time any major change is made to your account.

However I think it would be due to that some service are no longer allowed to be sold on here and they're having a bit of a mass cleanup and removing any service that breach the TOS and the Listing Guidelines. It could be that you was using a logo of some site in your service description and that's not allowed to be done for some sites anymore. Especially for some services.

As Andre has said, the best thing to do here is to contact support about it. They can restore any deleted service. But it will be suspended. You will have to repurpose it and reword it and remove any brand logos from it and then you may be able to list/sell it again.

Most probably your service was in some way going against the listing guidelines and so it was deleted. Maybe you could specify the type of service you are referring to here?
