I need a trust worthy person for to help build quality links for my website. However, I'm concerned as many sellers and companies are fly-by-night and have no qualifications. My suggestion in hiring a person for a job is to check their references and it would help if they can present recommendations particularly from their past clients. With SEO jobs, I don’t think there is a standard because it is a fairly new industry. With the link building work that you plan to contract maybe it would be best if the scheme of payment would be commensurate to the result. You can give a down payment of 20% and the remaining balance will be paid when the effect is visible.
