What happens to my money if we cancel an order?

Pls am confused I don't understand......if. I use my earning which I was surposed to withdraw and purchase a service which the seller failed to deliver as promised. And we mutually cancel the order; what will happen to my money in terms of withdraw.......I had such instance and the money is not counted as withdrable money......why??? Is it a mistake I made using my earning to pay for a service instead of other payments method???

Hi,

Unfortunately, if you use your earnings to place an order and the order gets canceled, then the refunded money cannot be withdrawn. This doesn't count as withdrawable money in the system. This is not an error and this is just how the system works. I think there may be a chance that you can withdraw your money since it is your earnings but the only way to do that will be to contact the Ionicware helpdesk and they will confirm whether or not this is possible. Alternatively, you can always buy services from another seller.

The funds from your canceled order will go directly into your SEOclerks balance which is different from your earnings balance.

You can go here to view how much SEOclerks balance you have:

These funds will be shown on the left sidebar or combined on the right side of the navigation bar near your username. So it would shown as pushnaira ($1.00)

The money will be refunded, however it will be available for future orders that you may place, and not for withdrawing. I do not agree with this to be honest as it is still your money. However it is a policy of many sites. In fact I have some funds in another site, which I cannot withdraw, just like you, and unless you plan to order anything, it feels like lost money.

Yes I also noticed that if I cancel an order and I get refunded then I cannot withdraw that amount. I've noticed it but I am not too worried about it myself because I am always buying something so I have always managed to easily sort that little problem out.

Did you manage to resolve this and get your money withdrawn?
