    It depends how you pay, and the agreement with your employees.

    But if you are satisfy and the profit rate is conformable for you then you must keep going

    I agree that if your employees are doing their job properly then there is no need to outsource. However, some factors have to be considered like the high salary of your employees or the added benefits that your employees receive. There are also other reasons aside from performance like the interaction of your employees with each other. But it boils down to the performance vis-à-vis the budget for the labor force.
