Write the reason you're deleting this FAQ

I cannot create new services. I'm allowed only 5

When i try to create new service i get a message to say "you cant create more than 5 services" but i already have more than 5 service. So what does that mean?

Hello sanfora,
I might be wrong but I believe it's due to your most recent infraction and due to the fact that you've been downgraded to user level 1. In case you really need to create new services I would suggest to contact the support about this. Perhaps they can help you to switch one of your old services for a new one or something like that. I doubt you will be able to create new services as long as you have your infraction and as long as you're still a level 1 user though.

Yes I also think it's because of your infraction, since it's telling you you can't create more than 5 services then I believe it's nothing you can do in this matter, simply try to follow rules. And the reason why you've more than 5 services it's because your account level downgraded from level 3 to level 1 .
