Since it is a common trend for many to snap photos of what they are going to eat, I guess this app may sound interesting to some. Basically this app, Snap It has been developed by Lose It which is a health and weight loss platform. This app is in its beta version and basically it will help users by giving nutritional information, particularly on the calorie intake one will get from a meal or snack that he snaps a photo of. What do you think about this? Would you use it? I think it could be fun while serving as a good guideline for weight management.

Quite simply, the thing is, everyone is looking for a "short cut" some "quick and easy" way to loose their unwanted weight. So that is why the weight loss industry is a multi billion dollar industry because there are so many over weight people out there that are buying into these things.
But nature has already given an effective way to loose weight. And that is through watching what you eat and through exercising. Some people do have actual problems with their body and have a low metabolism and put on weight easily and they do need some kind of medication whether pharmaceutical or homeopathic medication and treatment. But invariably, the best and fastest way to loose unwanted weight is to just not over eat and make sure you follow a strict exercising regime. That is what a lot of people fall under.
If everyone only eat when they was hungry. If everyone exercised for 20-60 minutes a day. If the big fast food chains didn't keep advertising yummy tasty burgers and other fast food on TV. If the shops didn't sell fatty foods, cakes, sweets and crisps and chocolate and all of that, there wouldn't probably be as half as many overweight people in the world, let alone obesity although that is a different matter, it all really comes down to how much it's advertised to people of the world 24/7 and how easy it is to get it and eat it. Even when you're not hungry!
That's my opinion on it anyway! Hmmm I'm not sure this is going to work quite as well as anticipated.
