Write the reason you're deleting this FAQ
I was just offered a $300 job on Webfluential, I took one look at it and I just knew I had to turn it down.
Yes I get paid to write reviews, quite often on my websites. But this does not mean I will write what anyone wants me to or that I will promote something I don't believe in.
I hate MLM, the way I see it MLM is a glorified pyramid scheme and I have said as much on my online marketing blog.
Now I can't very well go and promote an MLM opportunity on my mommy blog now can I?
Anyway that was $300 I just kissed goodbye.

Oh no. So they pay you to put the reviews on your site then? And you could be reviewing MLM schemes then basically? And you have to write an honest review or you have to write a positive one? I can see how you would turn that down. What's more valuable to you? The respect of your readers when those readers can go on to help your site earn more in the long run? Or $300 bux now? You know what they say. A bird in the hand is worth two in the bush. But you know what I say to that? Birds are meant to be in the bush!
At the end of the day, it's all well and good working for a review company if they're paying you fairly well for it. But if you value your blog and see it as your main source of incomes in life. Then $300 is nothing really in the grand scheme of things. Not if your blog or blogs go on to earn you thousands over the course of a few decades or so. And even though you might get $300 for it now. It would also go against your principles and what your blog is all about in the first place. Exposing these shoddy MLM pyramid schemes and scams for what they are.
So don't look at is as though you've just thrown away $300. Look at it as though you've just protected you and your blogs, and your blogs readers integrity. You've also just added value to your blog and brand as well and that says a lot for you as there are lot of people that would sell the soul of their business or blog or brand for a quick one time payment and then bare the brunt of those side effect as they happen.
And now you've done this. You should tell your readers about it! Tell them how you turned this offer down and the reason why. Get their feedback on it. You may find something like that adds more than $300 in value to your blog if you go about it the right way. :)

Well I don't know what people usually charge or get paid for a review. On my mommy blog I charge nice money for a review.
The job that I turned down came in via Webfluential and I have set prices there for website posts, Youtube videos and social shares. . I have to admit I have set my prices there very high :)

I'll bet you'll gonna turn offers down in the future also, I'm doing it all the time. People contact me for shady job offerings all the time, I quickly turn them down which for some reason makes them up the price, this makes me interesting and I give them a chance to hear what they have to say even though I have a good idea - the final verdict is always the same, doesn't worth my trouble. Well I don't see them as "kissed goodbye" you stood up for your principles, you know what is best for you and your blog, I'm glad you don't compromise for a quick buck, this shows determination and dedication for what you are currently doing with your blog! I'll bet you'll gonna turn offers down in the future also, I'm doing it all the time.
