10 days to get the money from sales?

I got a sale from my gig and i saw it says it will take 5 days for it to be completed and yet once again another 5 days for the amount to be withdrawn?

What LEVEL are you? are you a level 1 seller? note that it takes around that time if you are in a lower level but if you are promoted to a higher level, the time period for your funds to b cleared decreases as you level up. visit this link for more info; https://www.seoclerks.com/userlevels/

no, you are mistaken brother
you are seller level one, you must wait for 5 days to mark sales as completed, and then the clearing will be takes untill 14days, so after you will able to withdraw your funds..
try to provide good service as you can to increase up your level soon..that's my advice

An order will take up to 5 days to be completed, as long as it gets automatically approved. If the buyer decides to mark it as completed earlier, then it will be less than 5 days. Then the funds will get cleared after 4 days as you are Level 2. If you were Level 3 it would only be 1 day. You also need to be aware that as long as you are a Level 2 seller you can withdraw as long as you have at least $10. So ideally you should go up to Level 3 at least.
