This one seems completely crazy but people actually go for it! If you live in an area that is largely populated by students, or perhaps a lot of clubs, bards and pubs. You can get paid by being a Hangover Helper 
Yes, this is a legitimate business idea and was first dreamt up by two students from Colorado who came up with the idea after being hung over on several occasions and ended up thinking how cool it would be if there was someone to help "nurse them through" after a long hard night of partying and drinking until the sun comes up!
For small fee, the Hangover Helpers will come out to you, bring you a nice hearty breakfast burrito and a sports drink to replace lost fluids with. Then while you go for a well earned kip and sleep off your woes, they will tidy your place up a bit for you.
By the time you roll out of bed, hopefully feeling better, your place will be much tidier leaving you free to relax and get back to the land of normality and sobriety. How much they charge depends on how messy your place it! Obviously if you've got a house full of trash, empty beer cans and a lot of washing to do, they'll charge a bit more for that.
How much does it cost?
You can get a calculated cost by going to their site and using their hangover helper calculation tool. Select how many guests and rooms there are to tidy, how many people will need breakfasts and get a price that you'll need to pay.
How to be a Hangover Helper?
If this is something you think you could do. It's only really a matter of advertising and getting the word out there. Get a few recommendations under your belt and it could go from something you do every now and then, to a full time business venture. Weekends would probably be your busiest times, but special occasions like Christmas and NYE would be quite lucrative as well.
You'd need transport, a small van or something. And you'd need cleaning gear of some kind, detergent, mop and bucket. And you'd need to prepare breakfast for them. You'd probably do well to get some uniforms made up as well, a cap or something at the least so they could know who was the hangover helpers and who wasn't lol.
Since when people have hangovers they don't really feel like doing much, like cleaning, washing up, emptying the trash etc etc. You could make a killing from these people!

I can only imagine though that this honestly can't be a very nice job to get into, I am sure that there are some sticky and gross things that would need to be cleaned up and I have a bit of a weak stomach so I'll give this a miss.
But maybe if I hired some people to do the dirty work and I ran the company it would work out better. OMG this one is funny. I am a recovering alcoholic and drug addict, but now 8 years clean. When I was drinking I could have used a team like this every day to help me recover and get my life back in order. I can only imagine though that this honestly can't be a very nice job to get into, I am sure that there are some sticky and gross things that would need to be cleaned up and I have a bit of a weak stomach so I'll give this a miss.
