Write the reason you're deleting this FAQ
I have noticed that a lot of users on this seoclerks site do bookmark my gig services as i do receive alerts on it on a daily basis. But over time, i have noticed that the users who bookmark my gigs hardly come back to place an order on it. Only about less than 20% do come back and buy from me; the rest, i wont hear from them.
So i want to ask this question; Is there any other reason why they are bookmarking the gigs? Or are they going for other gigs from other competitive sellers? Or do i need to contact them to remind them about my gig services?

Talking of "Wish Lists". That could be a good idea for a new feature suggestion actually. So you could add the services you "wish" to buy on another date. When you are ready or have the money to do so for example. It would be different to bookmarked services though. Those are just services they have bookmarked for whatever reason. Either they like it but can't buy it right now. Or they are perhaps your competitors bookmarking it to check out how your sales/feedback ratings etc are doing since they last looked to gauge how much success you are having with that thing you are selling before they decide to start selling it themselves sort of thing.
Another good idea for a feature suggestion would be the ability to add things to your "Basket". Then when you are ready, you can check out and pay for all those things at once using one time payment. Instead of having to pay for them one-by-one individually. Something like that could increase the amount that people spend on here and would increase sales for sellers as well.
But it's like anything. Although a lot of people might actually bookmark your service. Only a small percentage of them will come back and buy it after visiting their liked services page. The same kind of math applies to most things in life. Although it can be a large amount of people that visit your site for example. Only a small amount of them actually convert into clicks, sales and clients.
