google plus of course, facebook public community posts may sometimes be visible though

I am quite confused with this question because Google+ is more of a business network and Facebook is a social media network with a universal approach. But anyway, from what I had read, your promotions in Facebook is healthy with the SEO because your backlinks in Facebook are monitored by the search engines. On the other hand, Google+ gives you the advantage of a direct connection with Google. However, I still think that Facebook is more potent than Google+ which is not a popular business network until now.

Google Plus is dead so it has to be Facebook. It's a proven fact that activity on Social Media Platforms has a positive SEO effect. Since Facebook is the most popular social media platform owning both Instagram and Messenger then it would be a wise choice to tap this platform.
