All of these things can be done on SEOClerks. You can start a service and advertise that you can do that through that service. Pretty much everything you've mentioned anyway from web designing, freelance copy writing, copywriting, copy editing, consulting, to data entry and VA. With the exception to blogging as for that, you will need, well, your own blog! The other stuff can be done on here too, consulting and book criticism. Because those are things you can create a service for on here advertising that you can do that and people can buy it.
I really particularly like your Generating Project Names idea though! I've never really considered that before but it's something I have a bit of experience in myself in coming up with project and business names for past start up business's. I guess that is something you could sell on here as well by simply creating a service for it. It would have to be quite appealing though and probably show some past project/business names and logos that you've come up with before as part of the sales script / pitch in that service but it's doable!
Anyway really great article man. Lots of things to "get stuck into" here. It gets the mind racing with ideas and opportunities. And the best thing about these opportunities? They will always be in demand! There will always be people out there that need them!
You could go one step further and instead of offering these services individually, you could offer them in some kind of allinone service. So you could offer a service that does project/business name creation along with private consultation (business plan advice etc). Then provide the web design as well and then the content writing for it too. An allinone service that takes care of and covers everything that a small business or private individual would need to get his business off the ground and get the show on the road as they say.
I'd go for something like that if it was packaged properly!
