My work from anywhere job recommendations - Matchmaking service

Now when I say "Matchmaking" I'm not referring to something like eHarmony or tinder. I'm talking about something similar to a headhunter for companies trying to fill positions. Or you can do something like find the right services for a company to use in order to make their work flow get better or increase their sales. The beauty of this is that you can do this from behind a laptop screen while you're sitting on a beach sipping a margarita

You could set up a website similar to Zintro where they have experts on the ready for corporations trying to fill a position or get a job done quick. You can put your hat in the ring with the rest of the people or do what we recommend and that's running your own zintro like service for companies to work with you in order to find qualified applicants.

You can have customers (the businesses) submit projects and then the experts will reply with a short description of their qualifications or a resume of previous work. The applicants can also place a bid and why they should be chosen for the job. Setting something up like this would make it super easy for businesses to find the perfect person for the job they need done. And if they can do everything in one place, your website, they will be extremely happy

And if you can set this up like how SeoClerks works, you won't have to talk to many of the businesses or applicants since they will be able to talk with each other and the business owners will be able to chose who they think is best for the position

You can charge a monthly fee to the applicants to have their profiles on your website or you can charge businesses per person they find for a position. Or you can do both and make even more money

Interesting. I wasn't aware of that Zintro service. I've just checked it out and given it a good going over. It seems rather quite clever in the way that it works. It also seems very similar to how the WTB section on SEOClerks works too. Which is like a much more simplified version of it in that you just submit what you need doing and then they can match you up with people or businesses that can do it.

I like how if you visit their matches page and search for a term like "SEO", you can find tons of enquiries by people that have submitted there that they need that sort of work doing. And the buck doesn't stop with just SEO either. There are many industries you can find people wanting something in from SMO to PPC. from market research to publishing, payment advice, to just about everything else really.

I found one for a movie script writer when searching writing tasks. It was for one to "Make America Great Again". I don't know how much they'd be willing to pay for that but those kind of people often have big budgets and are willing to pay generously for it since movies can make a lot of money once they're completed and rolled out.

Oh this is very interesting, so it is not exactly an HR website getting people full time jobs, it is more like freelancers to do specific short term projects? I think that might interest my husband so I emailed him the link.
