    depend on language that you use on ur web mate..
    if it is use english, so ur seo goes to global,
    but if you use mother language so ur web will just go local

    I agree with your opinion on the language because obviously, the search engine will not include your website for a global search simply because of the language barrier. That’s why having the website in English is an advantage because your backlink has a better chance of being included in all searches. Isn’t it funny to get a search list with links coming from a country that you are not familiar with the language? That will be chaotic for the search engine.
