    Best plugin for guest posts on a Wordpress blog?

    Has anyone ever used a Wordpress plugin which enables readers to submit quest posts?

    I want to be able to allow my readers to submit guest posts and then I would approve if they are unique and quality posts.

    Has anyone tried anything like this before?

    Do you think this would be a nice way to try and get new content added to my blog more often?

    Yes! I'm currently using Frontend Post WordPress Plugin - AccessPress Anonymous Post on my eBook site. You can see it in action on the Submit page. It allows people to submit eBooks / articles etc to my site. All posts are held in draft to be approved by me first.

    However, another one I have used before is User Submitted Posts. After installing, you just create a new page, then enter the shortcode and voila! People can submit posts and stuff on your site. It comes with tons of options for what you want to display on the page. Title, tag, category selection etc etc. It's an awesome free plugin for this purpose and you'll probably find it perfect for your needs.

    And yes, definitely this is a good way to get new content for your site. You can write some details on that page like how people can use it to submit related content and articles etc to your site. Then you can promote that page, promotion, marketing etc etc. Best plugin for guest posts on a Wordpress blog?

    Oh thanks Mike, that User Submitted Posts looks like it might just do the job!

    I am so looking forward to getting new content added to my websites that I don't have to create. I am busy using a content writer now for some of my posts and I am loving it.

    I do need to add some more content soon of my own though.

    Thanks for sharing your website submit page so I could see it in action.

    Hello Lynne. You are so much into blogging Best plugin for guest posts on a Wordpress blog?
    Yes, previously i had blog where members could add their own articles. It was built in WordPress CMS platform with nice and easy to use plugin, where you not getting members to visit administration backend panel, but submit their posts from user front end page(s). At that time i used WP User Frontend plugin which was great addition to my website for this purposes. Since then i was not checking other plugins like this, but this one was good solution.
    This plugin gives the user the ability to create new posts, edit their profile all from the site frontend, so the user does not need to enter the backend admin panel to do these things.

    Features:

    The user can create a new post and edit it from the frontend
    They can view their page in the frontend custom dashboard
    Users can edit their profile
    Administrator can restrict any user level on accessing the WordPress backend
    New posts status, submitted by users are configurable via admin panel. i.e. Published, Draft, Pending
    Get email notification on new posts
    Configurable options giving access to the user edit or delete their posts
    Upload attachments from the frontend
    Upload post featured image
    Admins can manage users from frontend
    Pay-per-post or subscription package for posting

    There is also paid. pro version if you looking to get more out of it and make it more professional. But i guess free version is satisfactory to start with.

    Oh that is lovely Anwebservices. So you say that users can register from the front end and add content from the front end only. I like that.

    No, actually i didn't pay them. I additionally reprogram that plugin to use it for another similar purposes back then, because there were no such plugin i needed at that time (unlike now) but i know it was very good plugin for something you looking for

    I have never used a plugin for a guest post. Instead I use add user option in my wordpress dashboad. This option will allow me to create a user account, which can be used as an account for a guest poster. Are there any benefits of using a plugin instead of adding a user to your site?
