Write the reason you're deleting this FAQ
I asked this question before in my post on What made you want to start freelancing? What lead you to where you are today? But it was only asked as a sub question and didn't get answered directly due to people sharing their stories about how they started freelancing in the first place which was really cool but just didn't gather any traction and I'm more curious to pick your brains! 
So here I'm going to ask this question to all directly.
Where do you see yourself in 5 years time?
What about 10 years time?
5 years from today it will be the 24th of August 2021.
I think that will be a very exciting time to be alive in.
I hope that I still will be and will get to see it.
As well as everyone on here I've ever met, all the guys on the mod team and buyers and sellers.
I also hope flying cars, the hoverboard and teleportation is invented by then but we'll have to live for another 5 years to see!
As for me, in 5 years time. I see myself doing what I'm doing now but on a much bigger scale. Hopefully, by then I'll own my office and be the official CEO of an Internet marketing company. Still selling and providing SEO and SMO services to people. But having a large team work under me on marketing and promotion, doing the work, admin, payroll etc. Hopefully a big wide open office with many people all working in it making the business tick over. If possible, I'd like that office to be in LA or somewhere else like that but I'll settle for The Shard.

I do have bigger dreams than that. With the main one really being I want to make a billion dollars. That is pretty much my main dream. But of course to just be happy and secure just as much as the next man. A nice house, a beautiful loving wife that can cook. Anything else a bonus lol
But we all got to work our way up and keep pushing forward!
But so what about you?

It's all about security isn't it at the end of the day. Specially if you're a young family. Being able to protect and provide for your family and give them (and yourself) the best that you can. Within reason of course. It would be good to have a billion dollars but there's what you need and what you want and important not to let kids have everything everything but grow up knowing the value of money and the hard work that went into actually getting it.
Awesome Lynne! You are definitely on the right path to achieving all of that and I know you're passionate and determined and hungry enough to get them as well! :) It's all about security isn't it at the end of the day. I need to get some va's on the go myself. I do have quite a lot of them on my skype that have added me over the years that i was using quite a bit but a while back that I don't even know if they are still freelancing. But I can usually go through my contacts and find someone willing to do it for me at a fairly good rate but not needed to for a while as I managed to streamline most of my freelance work sort of thing. I think that's what it's all about as well. Being able to upscale and then streamline the upscalling itself.
Basically, rinse and repeat as necessary. :)

But that would be cool and also that's a great profession to take up and have under your belt that you'll never go out of work with because people will always need a place to live! Best of luck with everything I hope that works out well for you in the future! I'd like to dabble in startups as well. If funds weren't an object, I'd do it just for fun. Helping honest people with a good idea or just things that I liked. Or in newer technologies as well like lunar space mining technology. Apparently you can buy plots of land on new planets and even large meteorites so when they go mining it in the future for minerals you'll get paid for it. Plus you can buy plots on Mars too (It's sort of not really official, they send you an official looking document and that) but how can you sell and or own a plot on Mars? But apparently its big business!

I think I can do it, but I just need my damn programmer to get off maternity leave and do some work for me haha
Anyway, I'm already a CEO of an Online Marketing company but that's just a title. Anyone can be a CEO because all you have to do is pay an incorporation fee. I don't see that as much of a success so I always push to achieve higher goals like making $1,000,000 in a year doing whatever I can that's legal. Over the years I've made enough to pay off all my debts, including school, and now I'm on track to purchase a house. I just need that one website or service that will tilt my profits to a point where I don't have to worry about spending money on an ad, like I do right now
I have a few websites that are getting ready to go, and I know that if I use my skills to market them I can get a flood of traffic in and make a good amount of money to hit my goals. Well maybe not the $1,000,000 a year mark, but that's more of a comical goal and I'll be extremely happy if I can actually achieve it
I also want to be married with a few kids. I've already got the perfect woman in my life and she came with a child, a dog and two cats so it's like my friend says, a "family starter pack" lmao
In 5 or 10 years I just want to be successful and healthy really
