Now I've done this a couple times, and it seems to work well each time. That's why I'm sharing it with everyone here

Now then, all you have to do is a lot of up front work and then coast. It's a difficult thing to do in the beginning, but it will pay off for years to come, guaranteed.
What will you be doing? You'll be setting up a review website that has detailed reviews of your own services or products ;) And of course you'll be linking to your own products or services because that's how you'll make money
I always use wordpress and a premium theme for this because I can get a great looking review theme and use it multiple times, even though the terms when buying the themes always say something along the lines of "You can only use this theme for one website blah blah blah!" but don't listen to them, you're fine and can set up 10 review sites using the same theme if you really want to This is also why I save every theme I've ever bought
So when you're picking the right review theme for what you need, you'll need to make sure it has a few features/plugins.

I've seen some stories that people have posted a good article or review about and SeoClerks software and it made them $800 in the year just because of it lol. Not a bad commission for taking 30 minutes of work to write up, format, and post an article on to your website Granted it wasn't $800 over night, but it was still around $70 a month for the year I haven't talked to these people since I read their posts, but I'm sure that their page is still bringing in clients

I've been using the GoodLife theme on themeforest.net because you can review anything you want and it has a built in review feature :D

I actually just set up hosting to do another review website and I'm going to use it to target a different set of keywords :)
In the past I've seen this work extremely well to pull in sales because users trust a review usually :D

I'm actually in the process of setting up another review website in a different niche for a new website of mine just so I can start off strong :D

If you sell a good service, it will work out in the end. If you sell a crappy service, it will still work out but you'll have a lot of pissed off people trying to contact you

They're my own reviews... but yea, they're on my own services lol :D
This does work great for affiliates, but why couldn't someone do this for their own website and pull in traffic from dozens of other keywords? It will also build trust with the buyer and they're more willing to purchase. I've done it before and it works pretty well :D If you sell a good service, it will work out in the end. And YES, WordPress is really excellent choice to build such website, where you can make such nice review site with good premium theme or by adding needed plugins to have nice rating system.
In long run, this can make nice steady income to anyone, so i recommend doing it. Also if you add some nice video reviews too, then publish it on YouTube and your blog post too, it's even better and brings even more results and income in future. Having review website for own services or for affiliate products can be very profitable! On one of my blogs with mixed niches i also writed some reviews on Seoclerks services and sellers and always added my affiliate links. By choosing right keywords in title, it also get good traffic from search engines too.
