If the accidental clicking is just once I guess that wouldn’t matter because it may be that you were interested in that particular ad so you also have the right to see it. But clicking regularly on the ads will constitute spamming that is like cheating Adsense and for sure your account can get suspended or even banned. Just be careful next time not to click on any of the ads.
