How long does it takes for services to go live

When one creates a new service there is a pop up saying it being reviewed. Just curious what are creteria and how long does it take

Hi Ellie, if you've created/submitted a service that needs to be approved first, and you have seen that service go live after 24-48 hours. The chances are the service was not approved by staff. This would likely be because the service itself is against the SEOClerks Terms of Service and doesn't follow what's said in the Responsible Listing Guidelines. As a seller here, it is your responsibility to know the rules and regulations and follow the guidelines that are set out to protect you and all the users of the SEOClerks Marketplace. Just like it's your responsibility to know the law in your own country. And there's no excuse when you break it. You can't say oh I wasn't aware you wasn't allowed to shoot someone. It's your responsibility to make sure you are aware of and adhere to the SEOClerks TOS and Listing Guidelines. However if that is the case and the service was not approved, you will not hear anything from the site, your service would just be denied and deleted. So if after 24-48 hours it does not show up on your profile page then chances are it's been denied. So you should look through the SEOClerks TOS and Listing Guidelines to see if you can figure out why. Maybe you tried to sell something that's not allowed perhaps. But if you can't see any reason why it was not approved. Then you can contact support by opening a ticket and asking them to tell you a reason why.

It should not take that long. Just give it some time. Support staff are very efficient. The reviewing is done so as to ensure that the listing is according to the regulations. There are the Listing Guidelines, which specify certain elements that are allowed and others that are not permissible.

After you submit a service that needs to be reviewed and/or approved by the support team it could take up to 48 hours in some cases, but generally within 24 hours. The support team is very quick to approve or disapprove services. If your service is not approved you'll get a message as to why the service was not approved, just check your email account for it.

I wouldn't submit any support tickets because it could actually delay the process quite a bit. If the service is not approved or disapproved after 3 days then you could create a ticket and ask if there is any issues with the service you submitted.
