How importance flexible word exchange with your client?

Hi As a freelancer we have to face many clients each and every day. And all from different countries and different culture. But, we need to work with each other. As per as we know all of clients are not as good in English as like USA, UK or Canada. Who specially from non English speaking country.

So, sometimes we need to face to difficulties to communicate each other. Because, all English word are not familiar for everyone. And it is not possible too.

Sometimes we see, few clients even do not understand very simple and easy sentences by English. Though, I always tried to help my best. Even I tried to convert word by his own language by translators.
Is this idea not good?

For getting any job and to understand merit of work, I think English is pre condition as freelancer. So, I think very flexible word can help to client for better understanding?

Obviously we need to use simple words when trying to discuss orders with buyers who are not native english speakers. I have had one case where the buyer was an Italian, who knew no English whatsoever, and I ended up talking to him in Italian. I think it went quite well, but it was only because I knew a bit of Italian. I never used translators to be honest as I worry that they may complicate things further if they translate something literally. I just try to use the simplest possible english words.
