How do I remove a negative review of a vendor?

I want to remove a negative review I left for a vendor after a purchase. Is this possible? Is there someone here at seoclerks that I can contact?

Hello adlbrk. It is possible for you as a buyer of certain service to change review for few weeks after purchasing. All you have to do is go to service sales page where you bought certain service, then scroll down below service description until you see your original review, next to your review is "Edit" link, which you should click to edit text of your review and thumb up.

It is recommended to change review if you made mistake while reviewing or if you fixed some issues with your vendor after sale because all sellers are looking to maintain good rating, which improves their online business and reputation, so thanks for fixing it.

As stated above please edit negative ratings that were not merited. Ratings are very important for sellers and if you were happy with the service that seller deserves a positive rating. It is recommended that before submitting a negative rating or comment, you make sure to discuss anything you are not happy with with the seller as in all probability he will make the necessary adjustments to see to your needs. Find the service page from the profile page of the seller, then locate your comment and remove it or edit it.

Hi adlbrk thanks for your question. You can change rating for your vendor just by few steps. But, you are able to change it only within 30 days. If out of 30 days, you may need to contact with help desk for changing it. You can change it from which service did you purchase. Just go to shopping section and you will see current order, which you completed for your seller. And go to that service, scroll down on that service, bottom of the service, you will see rating, which you leaved, and beside rating, you will see edit option. You can change from there. Or, you can change or remove rating by contacting with help desk.
