    A little advice from me to you

    When I think outsourcing,I think of it as finding great help at a great price, but some people that out source tend to waste money and time out sourcing. When out sourcing you want to make sure that every thing and any thing you out source is something that you or who ever helps you can't complete efficiently. You should try to avoid out sourcing services that you know you or some one around you has the required skills to complete. You want to be good to your pockets and choosing when or who to outsource plays a big part in that process.

    I couldn't agree more A little advice from me to you Whenever I have a client, I will do whatever I can that I think I'm proficient in. Doing all the on page optimization is easy for me so I do that right away. I'll do a lot of the off page optimization as well but I do find myself outsourcing article creation because I'll either be burnt out or I just won't have enough time to do it after everything else is done.

    Another thing to think about is if you're getting swamped with work, you can think of out sourcing. I'm not talking about your 9 to 5 day job though lol. I'm referring to if you (the person reading this at the moment) runs a service and you have enough time in the day to handle 5 clients work but you get 10 clients over night. Now you'll either have to outsource or do the work yourself and piss off your clients because you're falling behind.

    Another thing that falls into this is the pride of the person. You can't think you're being defeated if you have to hire someone to do the work for you. If you're swamped with work, it's strategically better to hire someone to help out because it will help you avoid all those negative reviews from your clients who say you're slow with their campaigns and can't hit deadlines. It's smart to outsource and if you want, you can outsource everything and work on future projects while your current clients get what they paid for A little advice from me to you

    I currently have around 30ish people in my pool of outsourcers that I send work to when I get too swamped. If I'm working on a new website I'll usually outsource 100% of the work and take around 50% of the profit. Not bad for just being the middle man A little advice from me to you

    Yeah sometimes it's better to take a loss and outsource the work even though you have to pay for that and you wont make as much in profit from it but at the end of the day, if it helps you to deliver that order on time and keep the client happy then that keeps the business ticking over and they'll be more likely to order again. So in actual fact, it's not really a loss at all. It's an investment. Plus it frees up your time to manage your other orders and do some of the other things in life like eat, take a hot bath, and watch Netflix! ><

    Yea I agree some times you have to make that sacrifice when it comes to out sourcing to reach out to other sellers and purchase services that can help out the situation you have going on at hand and I completely missed that but as you said I agree it always a good thing to go for an out source if you are swamped completely as you said some one who pushes out ten clients a day has no business trying to handle thirty that's when you make the extra effort to get the help that you need and make sure you are taken care of

    Very good and true points made about outsourcing! And the way I see it, doing so is like an exact science that needs to be perfected in order for it to be viable and actually worth doing. And of course it needs to be affordable and the work needs to be done to a good standard. Usually when outsourcing, you will have different people that can do it at a cheaper price but it takes longer to get and the quality of it might not be of a high standard. And you may have those people that charge a little extra but can deliver the work quicker and of a higher quality. It's good to have multiple people like this on your contact list or payroll whatever that you can pick and choose from depending on who the client is you're actually outsourcing the work for. I have several types of people that can do the work quick and fast and of a good standard and those that take longer and is not as good but it's cheaper. I can choose between the two depending on my client who I need the work for, how fussy they are, how fast I need it done by or how big their order is etc.

    Of course I would prefer not to outsource any of my work what so ever and do it all myself. But if I was to do that it would mean that I might not have the time to complete peoples orders on time and I wouldn't have hardly any time to myself for the other things in life. At the end of the day, it's all about finding people you can outsource everything to and it still be done on time and to a high standard of quality so that you don't have to do anything at all and just collect the profits. A little advice from me to you That's smart freelancing in my opinion. After all, it's not not always about working harder, but working smarter. You might not earn as much money that way and when you can do it yourself you should do still. There's no point outsourcing if you can do it yourself without it interfering with your real life or other responsibilities and demands. That's just lazy! LOL A little advice from me to you

    Nice advice and i toataly agree with your point of view regarding this matter. Looking out for someone to outsource is serious task if you don't already have list of people you can trust for it.

    Yes Jkeyz2 I believe you've got it spot on there. It is about making sure that you are as efficient as you can be at all times.

    I don't outsource things I can do myself, only the work that I just cannot possibly find the time to get to myself or the tasks that are beyond my skills.

    Mostly I purchase some awesome SEO packages just to give my rankings a nice push every now and then, otherwise most things I do myself.

    It is important to find a freelancer that you trust to do a really good job, not necessarily the best price.

    That is my exact thoughts as well. You can find a service for a really low price, but that specific seller or freelancer probably wouldn't do a good enough job as a service that is priced a bit more. From my own experience, services that are priced above $50 and more seem to perform much better than services that are priced at less than $20. Of course a higher price service would mean more work, etc, but sometimes you can find hte same service for less but I tend to stick with those that price a bit higher due to quality alone.

    Outsourcing is in these days. And many succeed. I have a niece who has several businesses and most are through outsourcing even the expertise is not provided They just keep a certain amount of money for them even if the business is not doing well but when it does well the one who is outsourced to stands to gain. Having said that there is risk in this whole game which you have so cleared outlined.

    A good piece of advice.but why outsource when you have someone that can help you or you can do it yourself.It doesn't make sense.I think the best time to outsource is when you don't have a choice or when you will make a mess of the given task, if you cannot do at all please, by all means, outsource for a good rating.

    I have a small business and I can do the majority of the tasks. My main goal is to save costs. I complete all the tasks which I am good at. As for the other complex tasks I have no other option than to hire a professional. The quality of my products also matter and I don't want to end up delivering a low quality product to my customers.

    If what you mean by this topic that you created is about knowing if you need to outsource or not, I have to agree because I know of some people who are outsourcing work that they can do. It’s just because they have the money to spend so they become lazy in doing the chore. But that attitude of outsourcing is good for the freelancing industry since the virtual assistant is now getting popular. Even the posting in social media can be outsourced now.
