Will buying backlinks to old site that has already ranked, versus a new site, is safe or not? And, can it effect on ranking or boost ranking?
Buying links for an old or new website is always risky if the person fulfilling the order doesn't know what they're doing :(
Olders sites will obvioulsy have a bit better background if you've been building them up over time and newer sites will obtain a penalty easier because of their age alone.
Just be careful when purchasing links for either an old website or new website. Don't buy 100,000 blog links aimed at your homepage because that's never good lol. Look for someone who has a good amount of reviews, a high rating, and a great service. You should be pretty safe if you do that :D
