I dont know why it is shown less time than we added in quick delivery system

I don't know what is happening. I added 1 quick delivery and it is shown only 13 hours. I don't why it happens.
Can anyone tell me why it happens?

Probable you delivered the order sooner. For example if you have a 5 days delivery time, but you deliver your 1st order after 2 days, then the average delivery time will be 2 days.

Hi rnasim36 thanks for your question. But, I do not clear perfectly what are you tried to say? I guess, if you tried to say, you added quick deliver time as 1 day, it may need to show 24 hours but now it is only show as 13 hours. Is it? If so, I would like to say, I think you access order after few hours once buyer purchased service. Just after placed of order, your quick time will start to count remains time. For example: quick time 24 hours. And just after placed of order it will show 23 hours 59 second etc. So, counter to will continue to decrease gradually. And if you unable to deliver within this time, order will cancel automatically.

If my explanation mismatch with your expectation, welcome to rectify me and please possible to add a screenshot than I could give you exact answer.

Hi rnasim36 thanks for your reply. I just guess what you were trying to say in your first message. And in my last messages I requested to you to add a screenshot, Than I could answer you very clearly. I think I explained in my last message as potential cause. I think, your buyer purchased your service with Quick delivery time and if that for 24 hours express deliver time. Counter time will show less than 24 hours just after purchase service. But your original deadline will not show. If your original deadline 4 days and if buyer purchase for 24 hours express delivery. Current deadline will show for express time and that must to less than original deadline.

I have not now screenshot cause the order was over. But i understood your point, You mean, the counter will only show the quick delivery time. But i did not mean it, I know, When a buyer purchase quick delivery, it will show the quick delivery time,. And order shows that, But a couter watch below the order page shown less time than the quick delivery time, For example, 1 delivery, the order page shows, 23:25:21 but the couter watch shows only 12:15: 45. Why it is?

Okay thanks for confirming me again. As your explanation is correct like one show exactly time but other order show less time. I think it is ghosting. If you get same type of problem further, just contact with support about this issue. And they will fix it. Or, you can contact with me, I should discuss with admin regarding your issue. Hope issue will fix once detecting.

Hi rnasim36 this is different issue for this post. I should suggest to you open a discuss about this issue. Though for getting level x or how to get level x or what qualification do I need to get level x. This type of topic discuss here many more times. Search on CD for getting such answer.

Just few word for you. Level x such a great level which is not easy to getting as simple requirements filling. Most the people just thinking if they get user level 3 and if they get some affiliate or if they create few social page, they may qualified for getting level x. Those should be help to get level x. But, you must to do something special for SEOcleks rather than other level user.

There are a number of discussions about that topic if you search in the community discussions. We discussed some tips about getting selected for Level X over there and even though you are aware of the requirements you listed above, please bear in mind that it is not as simple as it may seem as Level X users are always selected by staff and so they need to have exceeded their expectations in one way or another, or several ways for that matter. I suggest you just focus on being a great seller and keep working hard apart from trying to tick off the above requirements.

Yes EliteWriter About Level x topic discussed here over and over. And I agree with you, this is not simple and easy way to get level x. Just do your best what is something special rather than other level user. Just do not keep in your mind as great seller, rather than keep in your mind as a great and exceptional user. You are seller or buyer does not impact on your user level. I should tell you, ask yourself what you did as SEOclerks user for SEOclerks network? If you get answer as something I did for this network except my personal interest? I think you are able to qualify for next level.

So, read my suggested topic. Hope those will help.

Just as ajlancer said it seems that time ticks away until the quick delivery is submitted, so that you make sure that you keep within the short deadline. That is what quick delivery is ultimately all about - to offer a quicker and more efficient service to buyers.
