I need to Know mutual cancelation is Good or Bad for SEOClerk Account ?

I feel doubt today because of one of buyer. One of my buyer order me but I have no such type of services. That's why I want to reject this order. Then I saw a message about the bad impact of multiple rejections of orders.

Then I choose mutual cancelation is it good for my account. Please tell me is there any bad effects hidden or not. I really need this information as soon as possible. Thank you

Hi Clerkbd. Thanks for reaching out! You said that "One of my buyer order me but I have no such type of services." How do you mean by this? It's kind of contradictory! How can they order if you don't have the service? They ordered the service so surely you can provide that service to them? Why do you want to reject their order specifically? In either case; you can reject the order without any negative effect for 24 hours. Rejecting the order will also cancel the order without any negative effect on your account. You can also choose to do a Mutual Cancelation which also will have no negative effect on your account. So you can decide whether to reject or do a mutual cancelation.

Yes it's already happened. Sometimes clients just order after that no response. Then I try to reach them but no answer. With out instruction what can I do? Thank you for your answer.

You cannot complete an order because the buyer just placed the order and did not provide any instructions? In that case it is a whole other matter. First you need to ask the buyer to send you instructions. It could be that he is not aware of how to go about it if it is the first time he ordered. So be patient and ask nicely. If however the deadline is approaching and he is not replying, just go on with the mutual cancellation (not the forced one) as it is the best way to go about it in such a case.

Hi Clerkbd thanks for showing your concern. I am bit confusion when I read your question description. You said buyer purchased your service but that service not your and he purchased it mistakenly. If you do not have existing service how buyer purchase service from you? Alright! Now you want to cancel order mutually. That should be great and no negative impact will happen for mutual cancelation and it is the best way to cancel order. And you can use another if buyer order still within 24 hours, Just Reject order. And order will cancel immediately. Do not cancel order forcefully and this option only work as negative feedback.

I cannot understand how a buyer could have ordered a service that you do not offer. It is not possible. To order a service one needs to do it from a service link, so the service evidently exists. If you got an order which you are unable to see to you can cancel it without any problem within the first 24hours since it was placed. If the 24hrs elapsed you can ask for a mutual cancellation by explaining the reason why to the buyer. The buyer may accept or reject it. If he does not take action it will be automatically cancelled after 2 days i believe.

I know right that's what I mean! It doesn't make sense and is contradictory. In either case, your and my advice given is what the seller would need to do. Whether the 24 hours has passed or not.

It depends on the deadline you have. Give the buyer some time, and check if he has been online. Chances are he has not logged in and so did not see your messages. But if the deadline is going to get in the 1-2 day period, just opt for mutual cancelation. It will not hurt your reputation or rating in any manner. A force cancelation would, so avoid that one.

Yes that is great. wait some days for buyer response and wait even deadline over. Because, if deadline over, anything will not effect negatively. But, ultimately, if you see buyer never respond you, just go for mutual cancelation and after 2 days order will cancel automatically without any negative effect.
