Do you use Soundcloud Groups? Are They Effective?

Hi all. Is anyone here using Soundcloud groups? I have some questions about them.

Do you use/submit to SoundCloud groups and if so what's the response rate like?

How many SoundCloud groups can you join maximum?

I have a simple js bookmarklet that lets me submit a track on my profile to all the groups I'm joined to in one click which works perfectly. It's not spammy or anything. Just does what you can do manually much quicker.

But I was looking around and apparently you can only join a maximum of 75 groups.

Is that true?

What else can you tell me about SoundCloud groups?

Do you even use them?

I take that nobody uses SoundCloud groups then!?? Ah well, I was thinking about making this a service as well or putting my js up for sale as an instant download too. But was kind of looking to see what peoples responses/experiences of it was first really!

Personally i've never used them, but i have heard about them that they are effective to promote your music, i don't have an account at soundcloud, but i like it and it's a great platform for music sharing.

And, about that js i wouldn't think twice , go for it.
