Can the feedback box be made a bit clearer?

About 50% of my orders are recieving feedback, but the buyer is confused and is sending the feedback as a message and not using the feedback box.

When looking at it, it is not very clear for the buyer and i think i few adjustments and a big positive and negative button, would make it a lot easier for buyers to leave feedback.

Hey Friend..Better Raise a ticket regarding this issue ...You just raise a ticket and choose the category(Request New Features)...And Describe them about this issue.Its not Correct To discuss this thing Here..Because we need inform regarding this directly to support team..
More over I agree with you.People are Leaving some +ve message in conversation at the order page rather than leaving it in review Box..If needed just contact me. am ready to support you
