Should i increase my prices?

Should i increase my prices?

I'd like to ask the older sellers here with experience, if i should increase my prices?
I am getting like 100 sales a day and i am really happy with it, but most of my services are being reselled elsewhere...

Most of my services are priced $1-$2. Would it be good if i make all of them $2 or $3 or that would have bad results?

Add an extra $1 on your services.

We all know that people are buying on SEOClerks and selling it elsewhere. You obviously earn a decent amount from your sales but why should you be satisfied with $1 or $2 on each order when clients of yours are selling your services for $5 or more..? (We all know that this is a fact.)

I would add an extra $1 on the services and then allow your return customers a discount of 10% or whatever. That would still allow them to profit on your services when they sell them and you would end up with a bit more profits too.

Do this for at least 2-3 days, as a test and see how things goes.

Best Regards,

I think that there is nothing wrong in increasing your prices slightly. I am not experienced in your line of business and after checking out your services I would not want to tell you to set any particular price as you surely know better than I do what your competitors are charging. Make sure the prices you set remain competitive. When you reach a certain point where you get lots of sales and have built up a good reputation it is quite normal to increase prices, but make sure you are realistic not too greedy. Loyal clients will remain, but others who never ordered may choose a cheaper seller.

Resellers
Since you state that resellers are buying your services, if you were to up your prices than some resellers will most likely stop purchasing from you and go elsewhere. It's great to have resellers, so I wouldn't change anything.

Method
I would try to find a method where I can offer the services at an even cheaper price to profit more. You must not profit that much due to marketplace fees, and the apparent panel (I'm assuming you use a panel for the followers/likes/etc). Or you could profit well, I don't know what the profit margin is for you though.

I've got mixed feelings about whether you should or not, I agree with every point brought up in the responses here.

My first thought before reading any of the comments is that you already have a lot of return customers that trust you and are so far quite loyal. I think a lot of customers would stay with you. Yes you would lose some of course but you only need half the amount of daily orders if you raise your price from $1 to $2...

I like sticking to my regular buyers. If they raise their prices I will still stay with them. Of course I buy for my own websites, not to resell so that makes it a little different.

Why don't you do a status update letting everyone know that you will be raising your prices on a certain date, so that your buyers don't get a nasty surprise and until that date do what Everett said and put all your services on a special?

Maybe something like that would work nicely and get you noticed leading up to your price increase.

Hi Steven thanks for your question. I checked your service and your most of the services related with social signal. And as per as I know your all competitor almost selling service around same price. I do not tell you will you increase price or not? If you have any reseller, that should be great. But, for set pair price, you always need to consider how much your productive coast and how much your labor coast? How much time you need to spend? And must to see your competitor price. If you can manage all things within existing price why you need to increase? If not you should do.

I think this article will help you to set fair price.

to be completely honest with you my advice too you would be to increase your prices based on the supply and demand of your service, for example if you say things are going well you know numbers looking like 100 a day at 1-2 a piece that is pretty good do not pay mind to anybody re selling along as re sellers do not out weigh straight purchases then you should be in the clear just be sure you can keep the consistency up and do not over whelm your clients with super high prices start by raising the price a quarter or fifty cents, nothing to crazy

Well, the poster has said that many resellers use his services, and it'll be hard to actually detect whom is a reseller and who isn't. What if 90% of the buyers for the seller's services are resellers and they increase the prices? This would probably backfire on them, and they won't make as much money.

Surely, they'll profit more if they were to increase the prices but they won't get as many orders per day. I suggested in my post above to find another method to get cheaper social media stuffs and try to profit more along those lines.

Well i am not a direct resellre but i outsource - i have VAs working on my orders helping me and they get like 30% of the revenue and after everything i end up with 60-65% of the cash. Hope that clears some things up.

The issue we are having with your question is that your services are being resold somewhere else. I mean if it is as a result of rivals being few, I would have advised you increase the price, but on this occasion, it is a no from me.
