Now this question is a bit hard i think, because i have so many things in my mind that i would like to know, also i think 24H it's not enough to get all answers. Of course it's not enough, we are talking about Google 
Things that i would like to do:
1- To read the algorithm of Google (Millions, or billions, or even more lines of code).
2- I would like to know, how many servers they have
3-Take me to one of their biggest datacenter , and let me there forever, because i love servers

What I would do...
- Sign over 51% of Google to myself. Doing this would guarantee that I can be a billionaire in the first year
I would still be part of the company, I would actually work full time to push it even further, if that's possible 
- Appoint myself a weird title like ADM (Administrative Decision Maker) and it will go in affect after the 24 hour stint of being CEO
I won't be the CEO, but I'll own 51% of the company and my title is pretty self explanitory lol.
- Burn every website trying to manipulate the search rankings mauahahahah!!!! Juuuust kidding! I wouldn't burn all SEO companies, but I definitely wouldn't give out the secrets in order to rank. That's the main reason I'll be a billionaire in the first year, if I give away the secrets I may as well be giving up
- I'd buy up all the marketing forums under a different business name so I could keep closer tabs on the enemy.... I mean, to be involved in the community... I would merge all the forums into one, but segregate it so people didn't have to talk to different forums if they didn't want to. This is actually a plan of mine if I ever win the lottery, it would be difficult to do though.
- Start searching for houses to buy so I can move into a 10,000 square foot mansion. I may actually settle for 100 acres and a 3,000 square foot ranch style house. I'll have a good amount of money coming in so this shouldn't be too difficult lol
