There are certain software tools that are intended to offer insight about how well your content marketing is doing, such as overall ratings for your content, and feedback that readers may want to give about it. Some examples are Kampyle and 4Q. However such tools are not that popular and I feel that it is a pity that they are not always utilized to keep track of how well your content marketing strategy is, or not. Your content satisfaction ratings should be checked out and tracked, so as to see if you addressed what people were looking for or not. Corrective action can thus be taken accordingly.
That's a good question. And EliteWriter makes a good point. It could be done from something as simple as asking your readers to leave you feedback on your site/blog. You could then just add a page with contact form to it and have different fields with different questions, add 1-10 scale questions such as out of a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the most likely, how would you likely tell someone about my site/blog? Things like that! You can do this very easily with [b]Contact Form 7 plugin[/b] in WordPress. I'll presume you have a WP blog? And then in which case you maybe already using this plugin on your Contact Us page so you can just create a new form. However.... there are actual dedicated feedback plugins that are made specifically for this task too. Just search the WP Plugins Depository from your WordPress admin panel / Plugins / Add new page and you'll find loads. I'm not sure which is best but you'll have to play around and install a few and test them out before you can find one that you like. :)

How would I implement something like that on my blogs? I think that customer feedback would always be a great thing.
