Write the reason you're deleting this FAQ
This is the first time round for me. And after trying to find a reason why he rejected it I still cannot understand why or find any fault in my work. I am a very precise person and after 2 years here I never had any problems of this sort. What happens when someone rejects the work? What do you do? Is there a period of time I should wait or contact support immediately to look into it?

Oh okay I see yeah. So of course, it was for a writing gig. Well if you've had ample enough time to research and write their article and you've delivered it quickly as per their request. You have fulfilled your end of the deal. It could be that they possibly think that you didn't spend enough time researching/writing it or maybe they didn't like the article. Don't get me wrong here, I'm sure your work was amazing and it is a difficult buyer so I only say that to be open about what really might be going on. Have you asked them if they have any questions or comments on your delivered work? Also you could tell them you'll write another one for them on top of it as well. I know that's more work and time for you than you're paid for but sometimes to show face and professionalism and good customer service from your site that's something you have to do for people in times like these so they're happy and then go on to complete your order. But sometimes, you could do all of that, and the buyer will still not complete your order, or worse, try and reject it. If that happens then don't even waste anymore time on them just alert staff to it and they'll complete it for you. Anyway good luck to you don't worry about it too much, just be the better person! :D

This can happen sometimes (I've had it happen to me in the past several times) where I've delivered the order exactly as advertised with cherries on top but they still rejected it. No matter how many times I delivered it, they would reject it but they did not state a reason why. All attempts at trying to get a reason for their rejection had failed and they ignored all my communication requests. This didn't work in their favor. Some times people just "try it on" to see if the seller would give in so they can get a free order. But when you've worked hard on a clients order it is hard to let it go and sometimes you may even made some kind of outlay so need to recover that. I think that's what some people don't understand. But in all cases, provided the work has been done as advertised, staff will look into it and favor you and thus, force complete the order for you.
So try and find out the reason why they're rejecting your work first. Try to work something out with them on amicable terms. If that is simply not possible and they keep rejecting your work, then open a support ticket so staff can look into it.
Good luck! If your buyer rejects your work. You should ask them why! If you have done everything as advertised in your service description and you have delivered it on time. And then the buyer rejects it, you should ask them there reason for rejecting it. If they don't reply within 1 day. Try asking them again. If they still don't respond, go ahead and deliver the order again. If they reject the order again and don't put a clear enough reason why, ask them again to explain in full what their reason for rejecting it is. If they still don't respond in 1 day, go ahead and again deliver the work.
