Write the reason you're deleting this FAQ
Hello everyone,
I am a beauty/health blogger from India. Recently due to some medical emergency in my home I have to step out from home for the job. I hardly arrange time to write something for my blog.
I am looking for someone who can spin articles for me. I can provide some copied article and want them to spin into unique.
Example:
Original:
You need to stop smoking if you're a smoker. Quitting smoking will help improve your health and acid reflux. Smoking promotes stomach acid and helps to slow down your digestive process. Smoking also decreases the amount of saliva you produce, and you need saliva to help balance out the acidity. If you are a smoker, wait a couple after you eat to smoke.
Spun
It's time to give up smoking. On top of helping your lungs heal, quitting aids in curbing acid reflux. Smoking increases stomach acids while slowing down the digestive process. Smoking also decreases the amount of saliva produced. If you do smoke, avoid smoking for at least two hours after eating for best results.
Would it be a good idea to hire someone to do spinning articles for my blog?
Regards
Shweta Agnihotri

Hi beautyfunda, I'm sorry to hear about your medical emergency, I hope that works out well for you in the long run!
However, this is the SEOClerks Community Discussion and is for asking questions and or discussing or debating things where as you are requesting the work of a freelancer and as such you should be creating a Want To Buy requesting someone to do it there.
However you have asked "Would it be a good idea to hire someone to do spinning articles for my blog?" and that's a question worth answering because it's one a lot of webmasters can end up thinking. And I would say that it all depends on several things.

What your expectations and limitations are.[/*]
Whether they are spun using a bot or spun by hand.[/*]
What the quality of those spun articles are.[/*]
If you're happy with the effect it will have.[/*]
If you're happy having bot spun content on your blog that that not only doesn't make sense to read anymore but also upsets your readers and quickly gets seen as duplicate content by Google which comes with a penalty. Not to mention would never pass a manual review in a millions years if one of the Google web spam team members manually reviews your site and sees that you're doing that. So that's just a complete no no for todays websites. This is not 2001!! That sort of thing doesn't work anymore and is rightly punished for doing it too.
First off if they're spun by a bot, no matter how advanced it is, it will never do a perfect job. It will make a lot of mistakes and many of the words wont be the right words for the sentence even though changed. The sentences wont make sense any more and it will leave wild words in them elephant. The idioms will no longer connect. It will loose it's original meaning. It ends up being a garbled mess of nonsensical words on the page that are just horrible and quite frankly, offensive and a waste of time reading.
And no big professional blog should do that today by any means, size, standard or format on their own blog. It creates a very bad experience for people who recognize and see it and will likely get them to never visit your blog again if they know that's what you do. Spinning articles is dying out because it's not a good permanent solution to content creation. It bogs down the internet with the same thing said over and over again in an obvious and terribly poor way and usually results in a penalty.
However spinning articles by hand is a bit different. Although many people can still make them just as bad as bot spun articles can be. But it is possible to use a content spinner to help you spin the article so that you can change all the words as much as possible with words that are still relevant and make sense in each sentence still without changing them too much into words that don't. TBS Spinner does a great job on this and is a good tool to use to spin articles with manually by hand by just changing the words or even replacing them although it's simply not something I would ever use!
But once again, this is not unique content and isn't really very ethical or hard working let's be honest about it. And if used too much, can get seen as duplicate content spam and come with a penalty if you're doing it on your own site too much. The time it would take you to spin an article word by word / phrase by phrase by hand though, you could write 5 unique articles or one massive one anyway.
But whether the person you hires spins by bot or with the help of a bot (semi-manually), you run the risk of that happening at some point if you use those articles too much and even if only used a few times. So you have to ask yourself;

Are you really going to earn your readers respect with spun content?[/*]
Do you really think they'll subscribe to you let alone visit your site again?[/*]
Is this really going to create a good experience in the long run?[/*]
Now if you're talking about copy writing that's a whole other ball game! Copy writing is literally copying someone else's writing but using your own words and saying it in your own way. Not just changing the words but actually saying what it says but from your perspective. Now there's absolutely nothing wrong with doing that at all and is completely ethical. It creates much better content that still makes sense and is a joy to read. And your readers will appreciate it, remember you for it and be much more likelier to return/subscribe.
There are several copy writing services on here by people that can do that for you. Or you can check the hire a freelancer page to find someone that has copy writing or content creation skills. Or once again, by creating a Want To Buy requesting it. By hiring a professional copy writer you can enjoy the benefits of;

Having 100% legitimate and non plagiarized content.[/*]
Enjoying and appealing content that has no slip-ups.[/*]
Content created with deep research on the subject.[/*]
Both search engine and people friendly content.[/*]
Endless content creation options on new subjects.[/*]
Content that adheres to content copyright laws.[/*]
So if you're asking if someone should spin your own sites articles for your own blog with a bot. Then the answer is a definite no. And if you're asking if you should spin another sites articles for your own blog, using a bot, then the answer is a definite no. You should not. Not unless you value your blog and reputation as a blogger. And if you're asking if you should have your own blogs articles manually done with the help of a bot like TBS Spinner, or even another sites articles on your blog, for your blog, then the answer is also a no, but it depends on the quality of them, how much work has gone into them, and how many times they're used and where. I'll assume you don't have a lot of money to spend and that's fair enough I'm just letting you know what you can only honestly expect to receive using bot spun content.
But if you're asking, should you hire a copy writer or a ghost writer to create unique copy written content for your blog from other peoples blogs that have been professionally copy written then my answer to that is a straight up yes, absolutely you should do that. :)

You're welcome Lynn! I hope so! And yes, that's the first reaction most people have because 99% of the time it does and it is and nobody wants to admit to doing it either.
And I couldn't agree with that anymore, that is a statement I can relate to and one that many webmasters and bloggers would agree with for that same reason too. It's nice to have other people write for your blog and your readers/subscribers can appreciate it too if it's a good quality article and can come in handy for the times you are struggling with content creation just to fill in the gaps like. But your site has it's own unique personality in the content and you know your readers and audience much better and know what sort of things you can and can't say or what things to say and how to say em' etc that another writer might not know about. They might not understand the angle you're taking and for what purpose with your readers. And you can run the risk of alienating your readers or even loosing them if something in that article isn't right or doesn't follow the same tone and depth that your other content and articles did.
But some people still do it because it's free content for them but free isn't always better or a good thing. This is an area that you should put a lot of importance on though and make sure that the people you hire to copy write for your site understand what your site is about not just what it's about if that makes sense. They need to know about the angle and tone you take and what your readers like or don't like. This vetting means more liasoning with your copy writer than usual but for big blogs with a lot of readers/traffic it's an important one if you want to keep the respect of your readers, old and new. :)

A ton of big websites have teams of people who do content writing and it works out very well for them because the articles are keyword optimized and bring in traffic from main keywords, long tail keywords and even some obscure keywords that they weren't even targeting.
Mike hit most of the big points. But here's my $0.02 :D
My short answer would be No. Don't hire someone to spin articles for you, just hire a freelancer here on SeoClerks to do the writing for you. I'm sure there are plenty of people that will share their work with you so you can see exactly what you're paying for. Obviously they will not give you free work, but you can still get an idea of what their writing style is from the examples.
Here you can search freelancers who offer article writing services. https://www.seoclerks.com/categories/Article-Writing
You can sort them and filter out whoever you want in order to find the right price and service for you.
If you can find someone to do article writing who also offers a virtual assistant service, then you can automate the unique content on your blog or website in order to be loved by Google, Yahoo! and Bing :D A ton of big websites have teams of people who do content writing and it works out very well for them because the articles are keyword optimized and bring in traffic from main keywords, long tail keywords and even some obscure keywords that they weren't even targeting.
