    Certainly, there are some habits we have, that affect even our skin. Of course you should stop smoking, or at least , smoke less gradually until you don't need it. Drink lots of water, specially coconut water, use some face creams or body lotions, that contains Vitamin A, do some exercise at least 3 times a week, never leave your house without putting sunblock, and buy some teenager skin products, usually teens have oily skin.

    Just read the full information,I think it was just insightful.I have read alot about smoking drying up the skin gradually and might eventually leads to skin cancer.I think such bad habit should be dropped by thiose indulging in it.

    While I was young, I used to smoke at least once in a week, but since I understood the dangers of smoking, it is something that I have stopped and since then, I have lived a good life.

    Wrinkles are caused by smoking. I also heard that from one doctor in a casual gathering. She said that the smoker tends to have wrinkles as a side effect of the smoke. I don’t know if it’s true but I am not a smoker so it is not really my concern. But smoking is not just for the skin because it is a health hazard that can cause cancer of the lungs which is fatal. I know of several people who died from that disease.
