    What hobby is the most relaxxing?

    I like to sketch and doodle pictures on my notepad as it relaxes me when I'm nervous.

    This simple activity is so much better than sitting and worrying.

    What hobby or activity do you find to be the most relaxing when you are feeling wound up or nervous?

    I get a lot of enjoyment from jogging and listening to music. Those are not really hobbies.
    My everyday work is stressful and tiring enough as it is, so this time spent nurturing my body with exercise helps me to clear my mind.

    The music is also relaxing as I can listen anytime and anywhere to relieve stress.

    Mine is swimming . After few hours of floating in pool I forget all my worries and get my mind cleared up What hobby is the most relaxxing? Also it is very good for body health.

    I like to surf around online and look for freebies and free stuff. It's just a mindless activity that takes no effort but puts my mind off of work and lets me relax while I'm watching TV.

    At one time I was more into handcrafted hobbies like crochet and art but now it's mostly related to the computer.

    Writing is very therapeutic and often recommended for high anxiety, under stress patients by their doctors.

    I love drawing while listening to music. It helps me clear my mind and be creative at the same time. Amongst work, I feel hobbies deserve some time as they act as a break and also make me happy. Apart from that, I dedicate some time every day to just sit by myself and do nothing. Its not a necessarily a hobby but it helps me process my thoughts, reflect on some deep thoughts and just have some peaceful alone time away from all the chaos.

    Well, sleeping is a good way that I use to relax for it calms my nerves and makes me feeling new whenever I'm awake from sleep. So, that is a good way for me to feel better. It is simply one of my hobbies.

    Pardon me for laughing but you remind me of my elder brother who is fond of sleeping. And when my mother would scold him, his answer would always be that he is relaxing. I guess you are right with sleeping. But I don't think it is considered a hobby, you really gave me a laugh. Anyway, seriously now, I find gardening a good way to relax although I don't enjoy working on the soil. Maybe I will just continue with my present hobby of swimming for fun because I used to bike for a hobby but not anymore due to an injury on my right leg.
