    There was a time when I told my uncle that one relative of ours had diabetes. His retort was “is there anybody here who is not diabetic?” That made me think of the situation. He is probably right that diabetes is getting to be common. My brother has it, my niece is into insulin, even my mother who is bedridden is now diabetic. Is it because of what we eat or is it the polluted air that we breath? Or maybe our lifestyle? I have seen how diabetes could be cruel that the patient could have gangrenous wounds or some get to be blind. Is this a scourge sent by God?

    A bit confused. Is this what causes Diabetes type2? I thought this is a lifestyle disease. Diabetes is not in my family, however I have a cousin who has diabetes type 2. She used to be thin and has gained a bunch of weight. This is not a lifetime disease if you can adjust your diet. Keto and Atkins is normally advocated as a remedy for diabetes 2. Once you balance your blood sugars you can try intermittent fasting under that supervision of a doctor. It helps you control your insulin level.

    Diets are always complicated, and it's bad that people often decide what diet to take, without consulting a doctor or dietitian. It's strange how people like to experiment with different supplements or products to get results. I always consult with my doctor before taking new supplements, vitamins or cbd oil to get more information about these products and the benefits for my body.
