As I had replied to one discussion about SEO for Bing, it is practically the same SEO methods that we do for Google. That means the time tested methods of having fresh contents and keywords plus the backlinks that you post on other websites, they are also applicable not only to Google but also to all other search engines. And since the algorithm of the search engines are not the same hence there is a difference in the results that you will get particularly on the first page of the search result.
