Best Task Management Software?

On a Mac/iPad/iPhone, what is the best task management software? Is there a software that syncs between all of them? I have so much to do and no organization. I'm currently using Evernotes but it does not sort well (it sorts by last edited and does not allow you to change it).

What are you suggestions for the best Mac Task Management software?

I use Things. It is available for the Mac, iPhone and iPad plus it syncs to them all.

If you are still in search of a good task management software for Mac/iPad/iPhone, you can go with SharePoint. Its a free software offered by CloudAppsPortal.com which helps you to manage your tasks online.
