How to improve time management ?

Friends, I'm a kind of folk sometimes very irregular with time and that way my time is lost without being used rightly.
So can anybody tell how to efficiently manage time?

This is not to brag but I always claim to my colleagues that I am an expert in time management. Of course, it’s not literally true but because they know that my work schedule is always on the dot when it comes to deadlines. What I can say about improving the management of your time is focus, focus, and more focus. Check on your schedule and focus not only on the priority but also on the magnitude of difficulty. Do the easiest first and leave the most difficult as the last task.
