Normally, most of the web hosting companies do not offer free domains. Sometimes they may offer free domain, especially during the promotional period, if you buy their hosting packages I am not sure, but I think iPage has a package where you get a free dot com for buying their hosting package. However, there are many website builders that offer free dot come for buying their premium services. I think weebly has that option.
