Free WhoIs Look up software (Free Webmaster Tools)

Here's a free software for WhoIs Lookup.

WHOIS View is free Windows software that does a whois lookup of the owners and administrative contacts for registered domain names and IP addresses.

It's really simple to install on a Windows-based computer, and just as easy to run any time you're connected to the Internet.
