Why upgrade your domain name?

There are many reasons to upgrade a domain name. For instance, maybe you didn't get the desired keywords you wanted when you bought the original domain name. What other reasons are there for upgrading a domain name?

Another reason to improve on your domain name is when you made the mistake of purchasing a domain name that has a dash in it. This can mar the look of your domain name. So for instance, my-beauty-blog.com, becomes, mybeautyblog.com. Those are just examples domain names I made up for reference.

I checked this thread because I had never heard about "upgrading domain name" By "upgrade" you mean using another domain name which is better than the one you are using. I have a news website with a domain name white tiger. Since the domain white tiger does not say anything about my website, I may have to upgrade it into white tiger news and use domain redirection feature.
