I have a question about a geat social site rarely mentioned...

Back maybe 10 years or so, when Delicious and Digg were huge for pure traffic (and Reddit was kind of crappy at that time, Stumbleupon would send tons of traffic, I would spend countless days making sure my stronger pages were.

I noticed that there are bots to assist with this sort of thing, but I am weary about taking suggestions from unknown people, I have tried 0MMOs stuff, and almost everything pop for a troja, virus, phishing, and possibly the worst: ransomware. Do any of you who know about SU, and if it still gives a traffic or a nice SERPs boost these days?

I did a lot of SEO work around 2005 to 2010, so I am unfamiliar with any changes and if it is worth time?

Stumbleupon is a DA 98 site now and got huge amount of traffic. You should promote your content on SU regularly.

Connect with other people and follow them, you will definitely see lots of traffic from SU.

Is Stumble Upon a social media network or a bookmarking site like Reddit? Pardon my ignorance because this is the first time I’ve heard of that site. I am interested in anything new that I find in this forum because I have learned a lot particularly about SEO only from this forum. Back to Stumble Upon maybe that is good for getting traffic if that is a popular social bookmarking site.
