    For instance, you could start a Facebook page for your site or blog.

    Cross link that with your Google + page.

    Add a Pinterest account where you post images from both your Facebook page and your blog/site.

    Work on community building on all three sites, gaining followers and fans.

    Take time to talk back to the people who visit your fan page(s).
