you mean you need shorter link or some links that offer money for sharing in social network can you be more clear to know what you want exactly

Your post is not clear but I am assuming that you want to promote a website in social media. My suggestion is for you to write a blurb or spiel for the site that you are promoting and include the link of the said site. Post that blurb in Facebook and Twitter and in some other social media network. When a reader of that post clicks on the link then your site will get traffic.

If you want to share links in social media then you can use YouTube. You can create your own YouTube channel and put your links in the description area. Also you can include your links in your comments.
