Is it relevant what country your subscribers come from or do you encourage subscriptions for your Youtube video from every country?

I think it's interesting to learn who visits your site. It peeks my interest when I see someone from another country, as I wonder what is it about my site that attracted them enough to subscribe. With the various niches I'm into, I have subscribers all over the world, and I do prefer it to be that way, as I have a translator on most of them. Much diversity, which I love.

I don't think it is a big issue. It is good when different people of different countries subscribe it's popularity goes up and famous.

One viral video in our Youtube channel got more views from other countries. My take on it was due to the promotion that spread like wildfire in the internet. That video got 200k views and majority of the traffic came from other Asian countries. I don’t think it is an issue where the traffic is coming from as long as the views are legitimate and not caused by bots. Unlike blogs where readers can be easily determined, the video is universal regardless of the language that demographics don’t really matter at all.
