i heard from some friends that level 3 users sometimes scare the level 1 user they wil ban the account. is it possible?? can a high level user ban the account of the new comer??

    no not at all .... no one ca ban your account except admins ..... plus you dont need to worry about anything unless ur doing something wrong i heard from some friends that level 3 users sometimes scare the level 1 user they wil ban the account. is it possible?? can a high level user ban the account of the new comer??
