How can you advertise on Facebook login page?

How would you go about advertising on the login (or log out) page for Facebook? How much it would cost to advertise there?

I don't think there is such option .

I think Facebook do it randomly for most popular pages and pages who spend the most.

How do I create a Facebook ad?
To create an ad, log into your account on a desktop computer and go to the ads create tool. There, we'll guide you through creating your ad.

You can create an ad from your mobile device by downloading the Pages Manager App, and pressing Promote on the bottom right of any post on your Page's News Feed.

How can I advertise a Facebook Page or event?
To promote a Facebook Page:

Go to the ads create tools
Choose Page Likes as your objective.
The Pages you manage will appear. Select one of these, or enter the web address of another Page you'd like to promote

To promote a Facebook event:

Go to the ads create tools
Choose Event Responses as your objective.
Select one of the events you manage, or enter the web address of another event you'd like to promote. You can also go directly to your event to promote it.

Keep in mind that you can only promote events that were created by a Facebook Page. Events created by personal profiles on Facebook can't be promoted.
