    I want my Facebook fan page to seem like a fun party place where my fans can hang out and talk with each other and do fun things. Do you have suggestions on ways I could do this?

    Just talk to people who come to your Facebook page, much like you would if it were a forum. And, actually you might treat it as a such. As I'm sure you will start to recognize your fans by name after awhile.

    First take guidance from other this kind of page. Take a look that how other accounts are managed. Then start from that way, and then make some changes as per condition and use some better ideas then other to make it more attractive.
    Also Connect it with other social account like Twitter and G+, so you will get additional fans from there.

    First of all, you need to build audience. The audience for your page must be genuinely interested in your contents. If you have a page for recipes and your followers are interested only on games, you will not receive any engagements. Once you have built genuine audience, you will have to share interesting posts, the post that will attract members to interact. Sharing only your own work will also deter your followers. You should also share infographics and quiz to engage your audience.
