Does Facebook do IP bans?

If you are IP banned by Facebook, such as you can't login to your account from your home computer, how will you report the issue to Facebook and ask for reconsideration?

I'm not sure if they IP ban or not, but if you do get IP banned, how would you even appeal that, considering you can't access the site directly to file an appeal?

Maybe there is an email address you could send an email to, that would not require you to visit the Facebook site. This would eliminate the need to visit Facebook to file an appeal.

If you are IP banned by Facebook, such as you can't login to your account from your home computer, how will you report the issue to Facebook and ask for reconsideration?

You can send them a email with all your details asking for the reason for banning your ip. They usually ban IP's if you try to hack someone's else account from that home computer and after many unsuccessful attempts facebook comes to know and ban your IP>
you can send them reconsideration mail and even post your issue in their official forum by email or using friends facebook account'
